1. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, you are eligible for a full refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
2. Order Cancellation (After Dispatch)
If the parcel has already been dispatched and you request a cancellation, a full refund will not be possible.
In such cases, you will be required to bear the courier charges for both sides (forward & return shipping).
The balance amount (after deducting courier charges) will be refunded within 7–10 business days after the parcel is received back by us.
3. Return & Refund After Delivery
If you wish to return the order after receiving it, the following conditions apply:
a) Wrong / Incorrect / Damaged Product Received
If you receive products different from what you ordered, you must provide an uncut video recording of the sealed parcel unboxing clearly showing the products, batch numbers, and labels. The parcel must remain continuously in the video frame; edited or incomplete videos will not be accepted.
Once verified, the returns would happen within 3 to 4 days, and damaged or defective items will be processed within 4 to 5 days. The replaced products will be delivered to the customer within 3 days.
If you are receiving any damaged or defective products, please contact us within 24 hours so we will re-deliver either exchange or replace products within 5–6 working days.
b) Customer Mistake / Change of Mind
If the return request is due to a wrong order placed by the customer or change of mind, a full refund will not be possible.
The customer must bear courier charges for both sides.
The balance amount will be refunded after we receive the products in unused, unopened, and resalable condition.

Refunds will only be processed once the returned items are received and inspected by our team.

Courier charges (both sides) are non-refundable, except in the case of incorrect or damaged product delivery.

No claims will be entertained without proper video proof as described above.
