Applicable taxes, shipping charges, COD charges, and other fees (if any) will be shown during checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

If payment has already been received, the applicable refund will be initiated.

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

 Order Processing

* Orders are processed within *24–48 hours*.

* Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

* Order confirmation is sent via SMS and/or Email.

* Delhi NCR: *2–3 Working Days*

* Metro Cities: *3–5 Working Days*

* Rest of India: *4–7 Working Days*

Remote locations may require additional time.

* Free Shipping across India for all the products in which we have mentioned Free Delivery.

*Cash on Delivery Orders*

* COD Charges: ₹50–₹90 depending on delivery location, a security deposit by customer is mandatory for confirmation of order.

The Supplement Store is not responsible for courier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

COD is available only for eligible pincodes.

To reduce fake COD orders and logistics losses, The Supplement Store requires a refundable security deposit before dispatch.

Security Deposit

Customers are required to pay an amount equal to *2× the total Delivery + COD Charges* before shipment.

Example:

Product Price: ₹1000

COD + Delivery Charge: ₹100

Security Deposit Required: ₹200

At delivery:

Customer pays ₹900.

₹100 of the security deposit is adjusted towards the order value.

The remaining ₹100 is treated as the Delivery + COD charge.

If the customer refuses the parcel, provides an incorrect address, or causes the shipment to be returned, the entire security deposit shall stand forfeited to recover logistics and administrative costs.

Repeated refusal of COD shipments may permanently disable COD for future orders.

Customers agree to:

* Provide complete and accurate address details.

* Provide a valid mobile number.

* Accept delivery once dispatched.

* Carefully inspect the parcel before accepting delivery.

* Keep products away from children unless specifically intended for them.

* Follow manufacturer instructions regarding storage and usage.

If the parcel appears opened, damaged, or tampered:

* Do not accept the shipment.

* Record photographs/videos.

* Contact us within *24 hours*.

Failure to report within this period may affect claim eligibility.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

If cancellation occurs after dispatch:

* Forward and return courier charges will be deducted.

* Remaining balance will be refunded after receipt of the returned shipment.

Refunds are generally processed within *10–15 business days*.

Customers must provide an *uncut parcel opening video* clearly showing:

* Parcel condition

* Shipping label

* Products

* Batch Numbers

Claims without proper video evidence may not be accepted.

Verified cases will be eligible for replacement or refund.

Customer Change of Mind

If the customer orders the wrong product or changes their mind:

* Courier charges both ways shall be deducted.

* Product must remain unopened, unused, and resalable.

Opened supplements cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns shall only be accepted when:

* Approved by our support team.

* Product remains sealed.

* Original packaging is intact.

* All labels remain undamaged.

The Supplement Store reserves the right to reject returns failing quality inspection.

Customers creating an account are responsible for:

* Maintaining password confidentiality.

* Restricting unauthorized access.

* All activities conducted under their account.

The Supplement Store shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account usage.

All website content including:

* Logos

* Product images

* Graphics

* Website design

* Text

* Videos

* Icons

belongs exclusively to The Supplement Store unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Users shall not:
